Refund Policy

How refunds work across the Veltro Systems product family.

1. Overview

Veltro Systems LLC builds and operates a family of products. The veltrosystems.com website does not sell products or process payments directly. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing happen within each product, and refunds are governed by that product’s own refund policy.

2. AIEmply

AIEmply, our flagship AI receptionist product, is billed under its own terms. In short: billing starts only after your AI Employee is live, no credit card is required to begin, used telephony minutes are non-refundable, and unused subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days. 3. Other Products and Direct Engagements

Additional Veltro products are planned, each with its own published refund terms. For any service we invoice you for directly under a written agreement, refunds are handled per the terms of that agreement; where it is silent, we review requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
